Our bright and airy 1,300 square foot event space can accommodate up to 48 guests.  Your rental includes six round tables, with linens, and the option of 36 or 48 chairs.  Also included are two 6-foot party tables with linens, and a buffet table, all included in the rental price! 

 Studio 8 is the perfect spot for hosting a variety of events including; Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Graduation Parties, Team Building Events and Workshops!

How to book

Selected the button above that says book your event. Choose from the 4-hour or 6-hours option for your event, and choose our standard 36-chair setup, or our expanded 48-chair option. A calendar will pop up, and you can check on your desired date and see if it is available! The dates that will be available to choose from are April 1st through October 31st. Our 4-hour options are: 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm and 5pm-9pm. For our 6-hour options, you can choose from 8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm. Once you have selected the time and date, fill out your contact information and answer a few questions about your event so we can set things up to meet your event needs. The final step is to enter in your credit card information to secure your booking.

How does it work the day of my event?

The first hour of your booking is dedicated to set up! I will be there setting up tables and chairs while you bring in your food and decorations. I will leave for your 2 hours of FUN. If you booked a 4 hour event, I will come back for the last hour to tear-down and assist you with the clean up!

How much does it cost?

4-hours, with 36 chairs $360

4-hours, with 48 chairs $400

6 hours, with 36 chairs $540

6-hours, with 48 chairs $580

Rules and Policies

Decorating and cleanup time must be planned and are part of your overall reservation hours. Studio 8 will set up tables and chairs during the first 30-minutes of your rental. If four hours is not enough time for your event, ( with setup and clean up ) you can choose the 6 hour rental option. The last hour of your booking is dedicated to cleaning up. Someone from Studio 8 will also show up to take down the tables and chairs and assist in cleaning up.

You are more than welcome to bring in your own catering, beverages, and decorations, but definitely check out our recommended list of event vendors at the bottom of this page. We do not have a refrigerator onsite. Due to insurance liability limitations, ALCOHOL consumption is not permitted at Studio 8 Lincoln. Smoking is not permitted in the building.

The use of candles in a glass or fireproof container is allowed.

Command strips or painters tape are allowed and must be removed after the event. Please do not attach anything to to the faces of the rolling photo backdrop walls, they are easily damaged. Harsh adhesives, nails, tacks, staples, etc. are not allowed. ANY damage to the walls will be invoiced to the party renting the space. ANY DAMAGES to the fabrics, floors, chairs, tables, linens that can’t be washed out, will be invoiced as a damage fee.

We do not allow glitter. The use of confetti is okay, but you will be responsible for cleaning it all up.

Cancellations made more than a month out, will result in an 80% refund. Studio 8 will not provide refunds for cancellations with 30 days or less notice.

Availability

Reserving an Event date can be done, any time of the year. Events can be scheduled through the spring, summer and fall. Studio 8 sets up for Christmas and Holiday themed photo sessions from October 1st through the end of February; during those months, the studio is not available for Event rentals.
